Experimental investigation of water-nitrogen flow in microchannel with high aspect ratio (with the 20 µm gap)

چکیده
Abstract This study is devoted to the experimental investigation of two-phase water-nitrogen flow in slit microchannel with a gap 20 µm and width 10 mm. The technology fabrication has been developed described detail. Experiments were conducted adiabatic conditions. Using modified schlieren system, four patterns have observed described: jet, bubble, churn, annular. Flow pattern map was plotted according obtained patterns. Moreover, pressure drop measured. Dependencies between superficial liquid gas velocities investigated.
